Fall is in the air (and the temperature, too). So, I've compiled a list of things we usually do around this time of year.
Visit pumpkin farm - buy pumpkins for carving, apples for homemade applesauce, cider for drinking
Collect colored leaves
Take lots of photos of foliage
Take K hiking
Buy mums for the porch
Cook up pot of chili
Send Halloween cards
Make a Halloween banner
Host a Fright Night
Go to Zoo Boo (Saturday/Sunday, Oct 23, 24 30, 31 at 11:00 - 4:00)
Take K to a Haunted House
Go on a hayride
Roast pumpkin seeds
Decorate for Halloween
Make homemade marshmallows and homemade graham crackers, then make s'mors
Get a flu shot
Also, feeling a little out of sorts today. Will be much better in a day to two as long as my every day gets back to normal.
