Mornings are my best time of the day. I don't sleep in on weekends either. It's such a waste of a day to sleep until noon, well, unless you are a night owl.
And being able to have breakfast with two of my favorite people is a bonus.
Til tomorrow,
Trish
You would probably test in the middle of the scale then. After a long day, I can be a tad cranky at night ... so says my family. Thank you for stopping by!
ReplyDeleteI would have said a night owl (but I still wake up early)- but the test told me neither.
ReplyDeleteInteresting...
DeleteI took part of the test - I saw where it was going and stopped about 2/3 the way through. I'm definitely more of an early bird. It will be interesting to see how my sleep patterns change once I retire (which I haven't set a date for yet).
ReplyDeleteIt won't be too long before I retire also but as long as there are little ones in this house, I don't see me staying up late and sleeping in for quite a while.
DeleteFor the most part I'm an early bird - unless I've been out late the night before, and even then my body's internal alarm clock wakes me up at 5:30/6:00am.
ReplyDeleteNow, I have say that this early bird stuff only began after I moved into a 55 and over community. I almost had no choice. Activities begin early. Even night time activities. So, I sorta fell into the routine of having to get up early so I wouldn't mis a thing. LOL
Can I be both? LOL I'm always up early but once I get on the computer and start my blogs in the evening, I could go on until 2am. But I can still get up at 6am.
ReplyDeleteWhy not?! In truth, if I stay up too late, I am good for nothing the next day. BUT, I wish I could go on just 4-6 hours of sleep. I'd get so much done!
DeleteI'm a morning person and always have been. I can pretend to be a night owl on occasion, but not long term.
ReplyDeleteAgreed.
DeleteI'm a little hesitant to say this... but... :-) I'm neither an early bird or night owl. (sigh) My adult children tease me about my propensity to be productive only between 10AM and 3PM.
ReplyDeleteI would have said night owl but I got neither night owl nor early bird. My brain is slow to wake up but I can do physical activity with no problem early in the morning. Also, I wake up hungry, ready for breakfast at once! I am, however, most functional between about 3 p.m. and 10 p.m.
